Not only did we receive more daylight this week, but now we have perfect temperatures… all week. Looks like it may rain on Tuesday. So here we go, a start of a new season. Get ready to see a lot of new exercises. I personally suck at running. Expect A LOT of running. Remember, always work on the shit that you suck at/hate. Force yourself to work on these exercises so you are better well-rounded at CrossFit. We can get pretty creative when we are outside. Also expect more team workouts. The sun brings out the best in us. This morning my client was in an unbelievable mood just because of how nice it was outside. Workouts are about to get crazier. I’m rambling.
