Yesterday’s WOD was great. Props to Toph for manufacturing that beast.
Today’s WOD is a straight strength WOD for all CrossFit classes. This will become more of a trend weekly because we need more strength training. Don’t avoid these days; they are just as important as the regular met con days. Strength days will focus on form and maximal weight. On days when we have some more time within the hour, we’ll do a nice little cash out.
