Open Gym…why not? We all have something we need to take some extra time to practice. I hear it at least once a day. “I should really come on Sundays and practice my kip, or my double unders” or “I really want to dead lift more.” This is why we have Open Gym so come and take advantage of it. I know I’ll be practicing my dubz today.
