Easter Sunday – CLOSED
Today we are sinking our teeth in a technique player called the Turkish Get-Up. Commonly seen using a kettlebell (or people), we are going to switch it up and use a barbell and see if we can get some decent weight on the bar. The barbell adds a whole new element to balance and coordination.
