Paleo 2.0 is here! Today we will do our benchmark partner WOD. If you and your partner cannot workout together today you have until Tuesday to complete it. Don’t forget to weigh in also. If you are NOT participating in P2.0 you will still do today’s partner WOD.

Being that double unders are included in the WOD for this Paleo challenge, it may be in your best interest to work on them for the next 10 weeks. As you know, we will be doing this partner WOD at the end of the challenge. Do you want to let your partner down or what?
