Iron City Fitness Inc. presents CrossFit 845. CF845 features a revolutionized way of working out. The program utilizes functional movement your body was designed for. Think about how much easier life can get if we just moved correctly. CF845 focuses their workouts on exposing weaknesses and enhancing strengths by means of dissecting an entire given movement. Through proper technique, CF845 members increase their intensity over broad, modal domains.

Gone are the days of 3 sets of 10, boring routines you can’t see results from, paying a personal trainer well over $75/hour, waiting for some idiot to get off the leg extension machine, putting your iPod on and shutting everyone off from your world, running into that person who you dread seeing at the gym, and/or dolling up just to impress some guy who you hope notices you on your useless elliptical machine. Let me ask you this: where in a real-life situation will you need to utilize bicep curls, or calf raises, or bent-over tricep extensions?  This is the crap you see at the globo (Gold’s, Planet Fitness, NYSC – yeah I called you out) gyms. Let’s get real people. You take a given 10-15min. CF845 workout a shot and there is a very probable reality that it’s like nothing you’ve ever experienced before. There are no machines here; you become the machine.

There are no routines here. The word “routine” is blasphemous. Every damn day is different at CF845. The workouts are constantly varied here so your body has to adapt to the unknown.

World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
