First Class – Always Free

You’ve heard about the workouts. Now is your chance to come try it. Free Classes will run on Saturday mornings at 9am and anyone new can try it (one time only). Anyone can accomplish a given workout; you don’t have to be fit to try it. We guarantee a workout like you’ve never experienced.

On-Ramp

Now that you’ve been hooked like everyone else, it’s time to dive in to the essentials of CrossFit. The On-Ramp program occurs 3 times a week, for 3 weeks. Here you will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit – press, push press, push jerk, squat, front squat, overhead squat, deadlift, sumo-deadlift high pull, medicine ball cleans, rowing, jump rope, ring work, wall ball, kettlebell, the list goes on. We hammer technique here to ensure safety and efficiency. We will not let you move on to the next exercise until we make sure you are executing the exercise properly (we got your back). Every new member must go through On-Ramp in order to participate in the regular CrossFit Group Classes.

Unlimited Membership

Upon completion of the On-Ramp program, you’re now ready for the daily CrossFit classes featuring the Workout of the Day (WOD). Unlimited Membership allows you to come for any number of days during the week, including Saturday 10am WODs. You’ll get a full hour of integrated training along with the daily workout.

One Month Unlimited – $135/mo

6-Month Unlimited – $125/mo (contract)

12-Month Unlimited – $110/mo (contract)

3x Per Week (One Month)

Tough schedule? Not convinced yet? Start by coming 3x per week for a month. Come for any 3 days during the week, including Saturdays. Most people who choose the 3x Per Week membership are hooked by the end, or even before, it’s time to renew.  Members who choose this membership must have completed the On-Ramp program.

10-Punch Card

We understand that people have to live their lives and things can get in the way of fitness. With this membership, members can come whenever they want with 10 visits. It does not have to be used in a given month. Just present the card upon arrival and we’ll mark-off a visit.

$150 for 10 Visits

1-on-1 Personal Training

With the Personal Training program, members can have an hour session devoted 100% to them.

$75/hour

Drop-In

Traveling CrossFitter? Stop in our facility and participate in a WOD. But you must have gone through CrossFit On-Ramp, Essentials, Foundations, etc.

$15 or a T-Shirt From Your Box (XL).
